Facebook user Stanley Chukwunonso Fisher shared these photos of a young
man identified as Tochukwu Wema, who was allegedly shot dead by a
policeman in Kano yesterday, July 28.
He wrote
"The most painful goodbyes are the ones that are never said and never
explained! When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a
treasure!!
We've lost a great treasure today in the hands of cold blooded murderers
who called themselves force men! Rest In peace Tochukwu. God will
surely avenge your battle!
Your two beautiful daughters are now left with no
father,your beloved wife is now left lonely in this wicked generation!
Oh death! why now?"
"For those who might be interested in the cause of this young mans
death!!!perhaps could help bring justice... He was unjustly shot by one
of Nigeria's police,(SARS)men here in Kano on a broad day light...the
reasons for shooting this innocent civilian is what we can't possibly
explain but all we know is that justice must prevail. Those who kills by
the sword must also die by the sword! Our rights as individual cant be
abused for no just cause!"
