Beyonce didn't really like her wedding dress when she married Jay Z

 Beyonce's mum Tina Knowles has revealed that her daughter wasn't headover heels in love with her wedding dress.
Beyonce tied the knot with Jay Z on April 4 2008 in a secret ceremony, and fans only got to see a glimpse of the stunning bridal gown in her 2011 video for, I Was Here.


Tina, who has been behind some of Beyonce's most iconic costumes and styles ever since Destiny's Child as well as her collaborator on their brand House of Dereon, appeared on the Today show where she revealed how she picked out her eldest daughter's gown – which was a strapless ivory dress with a ruffled train.

Of the gown, the 62-year-old said: “She was so sweet to let me do that.”Tina added: “She came back later one day and she said, ‘You know, when my daughter gets married, I’m going to let her pick out her own dress. Maybe she wasn’t so excited about it at the time, but she’s a sweetheart.”
